By listing services or accepting bookings on the Platform, you agree to this Policy.
1. Platform Role
Bookingmify operates an online booking marketplace that connects customers (“Customers”) with independent service providers (“Providers”).

Car Rentals: Nine percent (9%) per booking
Tours & Activities: Twelve percent (12%) per booking

Other Services: Six percent (6%) per service
1.2 The commission shall be calculated based on the total amount paid by the customer, excluding government taxes where applicable.
2. Commission Deduction & Payment
2.1 The Platform is authorized to automatically deduct its commission from customer payments received on behalf of the Vendor before remitting the balance.
2.2 Vendor payouts shall be made after 48 hours / weekly
2.3 All payouts shall be made in Nigerian Naira (₦).
The commission is calculated as a percentage of the total booking price.
The commission is deducted before funds are paid out to the Provider.

Customer pays: N100,000
Platform commission: N10,000
Provider payout: N90,000 (excluding payment processing fees if applicable)
The exact commission rate will be displayed in the Provider dashboard or communicated during onboarding.

4. Taxes & Regulatory Charges
4.1 The Vendor shall be solely responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, and statutory charges arising from the services provided.
